1.
All owners will be notified of the results with their dog at
the completion of each weekend via phone, email or text only if they
win.
2.
All clients will be required to pay a $300 deposit at the start of Nicki showing them.
3.
All entries are done online by Nicki with credit card that is stored for each client.
4.
A special charge may be required for dog’s first grooming,
when it enters the kennel for show purposes (check rate sheet).
5.
All veterinarian charges will be billed to owners’ stored
credit card.
6.
Owners that do their own entries must put Nicki's agent number on entries as well as if entries are missed then they will be billed expenses for each particular weekend missed.
7.
All clients are billed by the end of each month. Invoice are
to be paid via check, cash, or paypal by the 15th of the following
month. If payment is late there will be a 10% fee of the total invoice added. If clients pay by the 10th of the month then they will receive 5% discount on the next month.
8.
All checks for handling, boarding and entry fees will be made
payable to Nicole King.
9.
If a dog is entered and not shown because of inconvenience or
personal reasons, the owner will be billed for the normal amount of
handling fee and boarding (and expenses if applicable).
10.
Nicki will use her discretion to cover dogs due to conflicts.
11.
Grooming fees may be charged to clients with breeds that require an
excessive amount of time for bathing, stripping or trimming. These
fees will be quoted at the time of agreement.
12.
Clients that hire Nicki solely for a show will be billed all expenses involved in doing that show.
13.
Nicki King will provide monthly bill listing each charge rendered by
show and dog. However if there is any discrepancy please contact Nicki immediately via email, so that any
discrepancies can be resolved.
14.
Owner agrees that the handler shall not be responsible for illness,
death or loss of dog unless it happens by Nicki's neglect.
15.
All accounts will have a credit limit of $1500.00. Once this limit
is reached and is past due, it will be at Nicki's discretion whether the dog is shown.
16.
For any non-sufficient checks, a $25.00 service charge, as well as
any bank charges, will be added to your account.
17.
Dogs will not be allowed to leave Nicki's care until all money owed
on said dog is paid in full to Nicki unless otherwise agreed to in
writing.
18. All clients that have dogs traveling with Nicki in the truck will pay all expenses such as food, gas and lodging. If a client has 2 or more dogs in truck expenses are split per dog.
19.
Any client meeting me at shows will pay gas charges as well as handling.
20.
Any account turned over to collection will be charged all court costs, legal fees and collection fees.
21.
All clients’ dogs that reside with rue (full-time) always have
preferred status at shows over ringside pick-ups or part-time
dogs.
22. All dogs entering kennel or truck must come w/ a copy of shot records, bordetello
and rabies, as well as a copy of their papers.
23. A copy of this policy sheet as well as the rate sheet must be signed by client and
given to Nicki before the dog is shown the first time.

This is a legal and binding contract in Laporte County, Michigan City, IN on this date of____________________________
